Mudhen Meat and Greens hopes to be a destination for folks that are particular about what food they put in their mouths. We are not a health food restaurant, but will offer a huge assortment of healthful options, for those who care. For those that yawn at the thought of healthy eating, we also offer food that just tastes good, feels good, and won't kill you.
At Tupps Brewery, believe beer is the perfect blend of Art and Science. We start with the Art of beer – for this we use a big dose of creativity, validated with our eyes to judge the look, our noses to refine the smell and then with our mouths to validate the taste. We embrace tradition but break the rules as well from time to time in order to create exciting new brews.

Have a hankerin’ for live music? Check out Adair’s stage, from which the likes of the Dixie Chicks, Jack Ingram, and others have made their way to the big time. The best upcoming bands tool their craft on Adair’s stage seven nights a week. And when the band’s not playing, regulars demand that “someone play the damn jukebox!” until the sounds of legends like Bob Wills or Hank Williams or Dallas’ upcoming artists fill the room.
"When I was a kid my dad built me a treehouse. That treehouse is one of my fondest memories, so when I had the opportunity to build my own tree house with a BAR in it, I couldn't resist."Selfishly, I built Truck Yard for me. It combines my love of honky-tonks, old dance halls and beer gardens throughout Texas (Gruene Hall is one of my favorite spots on Earth). I wanted a place where I could have a local draft with my dad during the day, split a bucket of beers with my college buddies at night, and enjoy Sunday-Funday cocktails with my wife. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! - Jason
